By accessing or using What's The Move, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the service. You agree not to post content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights.

4. Voting & Polls

Votes are non-refundable once cast. Vote allocations refresh on a 24-hour cycle. We reserve the right to remove polls or votes that violate our community guidelines. Manipulation of voting through automated means is prohibited.

5. Venue Information

Venue information, deals, and promotions are provided by venue owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any deals or promotions listed on the platform. Always verify with the venue directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

What's The Move is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
