SMS Terms & Opt-In Disclosure
Last updated: February 11, 2026
1. Program Description
What's The Move ("WTM"), operated by Liberato Aguilar Business Software LLC, uses SMS messaging to verify your phone number when you create an account. A one-time verification code is sent to the phone number you provide during the sign-up process. This is the only SMS message you will receive from us.
2. Opt-In & Consent
During account registration, when you choose to sign in with your phone number, you are presented with a consent checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive a one-time SMS verification message. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." You must actively check this box before the "Send Code" button becomes enabled. No SMS messages will be sent without this explicit opt-in action. Your consent is collected at the point of sign-up within the What's The Move application.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive one (1) SMS message per verification attempt. This message contains a numeric verification code. No recurring or marketing messages are sent via SMS.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. What's The Move does not charge any fee for sending SMS verification messages.
5. Opt-Out
You may reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of future messages. Since SMS is used solely for one-time account verification, there is no recurring messaging. If you do not wish to receive a verification SMS, simply do not check the consent checkbox during sign-up. To resume messages after opting out, reply START or YES. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at liberato+wtm@aguilabs.com.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance, or contact us at liberato+wtm@aguilabs.com.
7. Privacy
Your phone number is used exclusively for account verification and is not sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes. Your phone number is transmitted to our SMS provider (Twilio) solely for delivering the verification code. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Provider
SMS messages are sent by Liberato Aguilar Business Software LLC via Twilio from the phone number +1 (855) 799-4655.
