End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, What's The Move grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the application or any of its content.

2. Account & Verification

To use the application, you must create an account and verify your identity via email and SMS. SMS verification is provided through Twilio. By creating an account, you consent to receiving verification messages via email and SMS; standard messaging rates may apply. You are responsible for keeping your contact information, including your email address and phone number, current and accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application. You may not use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the service. Impersonation of other users or entities is prohibited. You may not use the application for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the application, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and source code, remain the exclusive property of What's The Move. By submitting content through the application, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the service.

5. Third-Party Services

The application relies on third-party services, including Supabase for data infrastructure and Twilio for SMS verification. We are not responsible for outages, disruptions, or changes to third-party services that may affect the availability or functionality of the application.

6. Disclaimers

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the application is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, What's The Move shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. You may terminate by deleting your account from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted and your license to use the application will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
